Worthless. Contains a mere 1/30 of 1% (one part in 3,000) of beta-sitosterols. You would have to eat 3,000 capsules a day of saw palmetto powder to get 500 mg of actual beta-sitosterol. Same applies to Pygeum africanum. Take real beta-sitosterol. Beta-sitosterol is the active ingredient and is 3,000 times stronger that saw palmetto berries.
